Step 1. Choose a design and size. We can do any premade design like a cartoon character, a brand logo, a drawing, or even a real life photo! Even if it’s just an idea in your mind, you can discuss it with us and we’ll come up with a mock up for you. We can make anything!
Step 2. Contact us. You can message us on any of our social media, email us [email protected], or contact us through this website.
Step 3. We’ll give you a price for your rug. The price is based on design complexity and size. If the pricing is good for you, you pay half of your total upfront to secure your spot and pay for materials. You will pay the second half after the rug is done
Step 4. Wait! Our custom rugs take about 1-2 weeks to finish completely. In the meantime, just sit back and relax while we work our magic. We’ll reach out to you if we have any design questions or clarification.
Step 5. Get your rug! When you receive your rug will depend on the method you chose. We will be in contact with you to let you know when we’ve finished the rug, and when you can expect to receive it.
Step 6. Pay your final amount. When the rug is finished, you will pay the second half of your total.
Step 7. Enjoy! Enjoy your new custom rug and feel free to send us pictures of how you styled it!
